Acknowledgement
We review your inquiry, assign an engineer, and reply. If we need more detail, we ask at this point.
Technical meeting
We review your current workflow and bottlenecks, and agree on the metrics to improve. Online or on site, either works.
Configuration & quote
We deliver a configuration proposal and quote covering deployment model, card quantity, and SLA tier.
PoC
We measure bitrate, VMAF, and latency on your real content and deliver a report. You decide based on the numbers.
Questions before you write
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. When sharing detailed technical material or content samples is required, we sign an NDA before the technical meeting. We have a standard form and can also review yours.
Does a PoC cost anything?
A PoC of ordinary scope is free of charge. Long-term dedicated hardware loans or large customization efforts are discussed separately.
Do we have to send content samples?
Measuring on real content during PoC is the most accurate. If security prevents external transfer, we install a test configuration in your environment and measure internally instead.
Can we get security review material in advance?
Yes. We provide a review package including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and a security control checklist. Just ask when you contact us.
Can we adopt this outside Korea?
Yes, though hardware shipping, on-site support terms, and export control matters need to be confirmed case by case. Let us know the country and deployment scale.
