Does licensing work in a fully air-gapped network?
Yes. Licensing uses an offline file, so no external communication is needed for activation. Updates are delivered as offline packages as well.
Who handles installation and initial tuning?
Lemonflex engineers perform installation, channel configuration, and encoding profile tuning on site. Handover documentation and operator training are included.
Do we have to replace our encoders all at once?
No. We recommend running a subset of channels in parallel to compare quality and bitrate, then migrating in stages. PoC supports exactly this arrangement.
What does the incident response SLA cover?
It depends on the contract tier. For 24/7 live environments we recommend a tier that includes standby cards on site and remote response within four hours. We walk through the specific terms during consultation.
