Do on-premises and cloud produce the same result?
They use the same engine and the same profiles, so identical input yields identical output. Profiles validated on-premises apply to cloud as-is.
How is uploaded content handled?
Transport is encrypted with TLS 1.3 and storage with AES-256. After processing, source files and intermediate artifacts are deleted per your configured retention period. The default is immediate deletion.
Can we run a hybrid setup?
Yes. A common arrangement handles steady-state traffic on-premises and bursts peak traffic to the cloud. The same API controls both sides.
How is pricing determined?
Billing is based on processing resolution and duration in minutes. Volume commitments lower the unit rate; tell us your expected volume and we will prepare a quote.
